LIFETIME WARRANTY

TuppAfrica provides a Lifetime Warranty for most Tupperware® branded products.

Plastic Products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects when used under
normal, non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. In the event of a product’s
failure to meet such standard, TuppAfrica may issue a voucher credit toward future
purchases of another Tupperware® brand product in its place.

Warranty Information Overview:

Lifetime Warranty – Plastic Products
Protects against chipping, cracking, peeling, or warping under normal household use.
Provides lifetime manufacturing warranty for products used under normal, non-commercial conditions. This warranty remains valid provided it is free from any damage or conditions listed in the Exclusion List.
Premium Product Warranty
Limited Lifetime warranty for select cookware, knives, and specialty items.
Limited Warranty applies to designated premium products based upon the manufacturer’s warranty term, for any defect in material or workmanship. This warranty remains valid provided it is free from any damage or conditions listed in the Exclusion List.

Warranty Claims

1. Residential use.

2. Defects like chipping, peeling, cracking, and warping.

3. Chipping: a cut or break of a piece of the product that occurs along the edges
of a product.

4. Peeling: the shedding of the outer layer of the product in strips or pieces.

5. Cracking: a line or network of lines on the surface of the product which has split the product without breaking it into separate parts.

6 Warping: the material physical distortion of a product that is noted to be dishwasher-safe in its labelling, catalogue description, product literature or product description, when such distortion arises from normal dishwasher use in accordance with applicable instructions.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Overheating, use of aerosol cooking sprays, improper cleaning, and dishwasher.

2. The use of caustic or non-approved cleaners.

3. Breakage due to dropping or impact.

4. Melting.

5. Incorrect usage – Example: Using a non microwaveable product in the microwave, using a storage product in the freezer or fridge.

6. Food stains, discoloration, scratches.
